Savills Celebrates Eight Year as Top Real Estate Superbrand

Savills has retained its position at the top of the real estate agents / advisors category league table in the 2016 UK Business Superbrands list for the eighth consecutive year, seeing off competition from rivals including CBRE, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker.

The Business Superbrands survey is independently administered by The Centre for Brand Analysis. It brings together an expert Council and 2,500 business professionals to identify the UK’s strongest B2B brands from an initial list of 1,500, based on three key elements: quality, reliability and distinction. During the voting process all those involved are asked to consider the statement: ‘A Superbrand has established the finest reputation in its field. It offers customers significant emotional and/or tangible advantages over its competitors, which customers want and recognise.’

Brands do not apply or pay to be considered for Superbrand status; rather the accolade of Superbrand is awarded after a rigorous and independent selection process. The UK’s Business Superbrands are chosen by a panel of marketing experts and 2,000 individual business professionals from across the UK. Brands do not apply or pay to be considered. The business professionals’ vote is the culmination of an independent selection process managed by The Centre for Brand Analysis, which considers thousands of brands from over 50 sectors.
