With over 25 years of real estate experience, including more than two decades dedicated to the industrial and logistics sector, Louisa is widely recognised as one of China's leading advisors in logistics real estate and capital markets. She has advised on transactions with a total value approaching RMB15 billion and maintains long-standing relationships with many of the industry's most prominent investors, developers, operators, and occupiers. Her clients include GIC, PIMCO, Invesco, Gaw Capital, GLP, ESR, Vanke, as well as multinational occupiers such as L’Oreal, Porsche, Volkswagen, and BMW.

Combining deep market knowledge with strong execution capabilities, Louisa specialises in acquisitions and disposals, investment strategy, deal structuring, refinancing, sale-and-leaseback transactions, and complex portfolio deals. Leveraging an extensive network across government authorities, institutional investors, and corporate occupiers, she helps clients navigate complex transactions and unlock long-term value across China's evolving real estate landscape.

Louisa holds an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, USA, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
